Within 2 weeks before the start of enrollment submit first payment of 50% of the total costs of enrollment. Subsequently, 2 additional payments will be scheduled at 25% of the total costs of enrollment.

No interest will be charged for the unpaid balance. However, a $250 partial payment surcharge will be added to the total costs of enrollment.

Total cost of enrollment includes:

  • Tuition
  • 12-month option
  • Partial payment surcharge
  • CX3 rental or purchase
  • Courseware.

If the total cost of enrollment is not satisfied by the end of the course a 3% penalty will be applied. Then additional 1.5% for each 30 days after end of course. Record of Training and required endorsement will not be issued until the cost of attendance has been paid in full. 12-Month attendance will not be permitted until the cost of attendance has been paid in full.
