Aircraft Dispatch Certification

Enroll in our FAA-approved 200-hour Aircraft Dispatcher Certification curriculum and prepare for a critical role in aviation operations. Certified aircraft dispatchers are an essential part of flight safety and efficiency and are commonly employed by major, regional, and corporate aviation operators.

Required & Recommended Student Materials

ASA Airline Transport Pilot Test Prep
Federal Aviation Regulations/Airman’s Information Manual (FAR/AIM and FC FAR)

Learning Environment

All instruction is instructor-led and delivered using professional slide presentations displayed on a 70” HD monitor in a comfortable, clean, and temperature-controlled classroom. Live video participation is also supported for remote students.

Eligibility & Certification Requirements

Minimum age to enroll: 21

Minimum age to receive certificate: 23 (per FAA Part 65 regulations)

Students must successfully pass:

FAA Aircraft Dispatcher written examination
FAA Aircraft Dispatcher practical examination

No additional eligibility requirements apply.

Reduced attendance options may be available for qualified candidates with prior aviation experience.

Aircraft Dispatcher Recurrent Training

Drone Aviation Training
