Glenn holds a Bachelor of Science in Aeronautics from Dowling College and is an Airline Transport Pilot with multiple type ratings, including the Dassault Falcon 7X and Beechcraft 1900. His flying career includes Part 121 airline operations, Part 135 charter operations, and international corporate flight operations. He has accumulated nearly 5,000 flight hours across turbojet, turboprop, and piston aircraft, with extensive experience in multiengine, instrument, and cross-country operations.

In addition to his flight credentials, Glenn is a Gold Seal Flight Instructor, Advanced Ground Instructor, and FAA-certified Aircraft Dispatcher instructor. He has delivered thousands of hours of classroom, simulator, and operational training, combining technical mastery with a practical understanding of real-world airline and charter environments.

Before launching Global Aviation Training Academy, Glenn held senior leadership roles at FlightSafety International, one of the world’s premier aviation training organizations. Over a 14-year tenure, he served as Center Manager, Director of Standards, and Program Manager, overseeing FAA Part 142 pilot training programs and Part 65 Aircraft Dispatch training. He managed training operations for full-motion Level C and D simulators, supervised teams of instructors and managers, ensured regulatory compliance, and worked directly with the FAA on training center standards and evaluations. He also served as an FAA-appointed Training Center Evaluator and Part 135 Check Airman, administering hundreds of check rides.

Glenn’s career also includes service as a Part 121 airline First Officer, corporate and charter Pilot in Command, and aircraft line dispatcher for a Boeing 747 fleet — giving him a rare, 360-degree understanding of flight operations from dispatch to cockpit.

At Global Aviation Training Academy, Glenn personally developed the FAA-compliant 14 CFR Part 65 Aircraft Dispatch curriculum and courseware. His training philosophy emphasizes operational realism, regulatory accuracy, and decision-making skills that prepare graduates not just to pass exams, but to perform confidently in airline operations environments.
